Run 2 this week wow that was hard but it has been done. The big one is next will look for a good time to do that and the right frame of mind to be in to go for the one run. Knowing I have done it before is of some confidence that I can do it again.

Not heard from you for a while Papillon17, I hope you are keeping well, as for run 3 of week 5, run it slow and steady, you have ran it before , drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, good luck 🤞, of course you can do it. 😊 🏃🏾 👍
I know having done it before just want to get back to my nonstop 5k runs and preferably back around my times that I was achieving around 29-32 mins and maybe get to run my local Parkrun and not just Marshall it.
brilliant…pushing yourself is when your fitness improves…being in the right frame of mind for all of the runs is important…not just your next one…I am absolutely sure you’ll do it…it’s been done once and it can be done again 😜
