Well after my mini melt down on Saturday I went back out this morning after fuelling up on pasta and chicken yesterday and as much water as I could consume.... completed this time without the need of paramedics. Thank you to everyone who gave positives words of encouragement and prevented me from throwing in the towel....

Well done! 🎉 I just read your previous post. I also had a “practice run” at week 5 run 3. We all have off days! Keep on keeping on! 💪

Also, passing on the advice I had which was take it easy on the next run, as it can catch people out! Slow and steady..

Thank you for the reply. Practice run sounds so much better than how I viewed my run on Saturday. Haha. May view any future runs that don’t go to plan the same way. Thank you xx

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5 without calling for the paramedics, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾

Thank you. Yes been reading the posts. Fingers crossed. Hopefully won’t be so hard on myself for any future blips. X

Fantastic! It took me 3 weeks to build up the confidence to try this run and I was truly amazed that I had accomplished it. Fabulous result. Tip for week 6, run 1! Really pace yourself on the initial run and you’ll be smiling at the end. Good luck.

Thank you and yes it did take all of my will power to get back out their but glad I did. Really concentrate on going very slow but at times think I go that slowly I go backwards. Haha. X. Thank you.

You have overcome a massive hurdle mentally and physically- well done, this will all come as useful experience in the coming weeks as you move towards the longer runs

It says something about your mental resilience that you went out and did it -hopefully you are feeling a great sense of achievement now👍🏼
