Completed it mate!

Well knock me Down with a feather. I've only gone and done 30mins nonstop jogging.

I started a size 18 I'm now a 16 and can jog for a full 4k distance. The warm up and cool down completes the total of 5k

Next to add speed and then distance to actually make up a 5k run.

Thank you NHS C25K

And to anyone still on the journey: keep plooding on. You'll get there. If I can then you can for sure. Take your time,.repeat runs if necessary and don't beat yourself up if you have a bad run. Keep at it and that end goal will be reached.

Congratulations! Celebrate well, enjoy some consolidation on the way to that 5k and all your future running adventures.

Oh... and by the sounds of it you need to go clothes shopping... just for you they’re opening the shops!

Haha thank you. Luckily or unluckily however you view it I have a suitable wardrobe of size 16 clothes I haven't fit into in a good three years or so. I'm extremely pleased to be able. to. put the size 18s away.
