Just done the dreaded 20 minute run this morning and feeling great. Considering a few weeks ago I could barely do the 3 minute runs I am over the moon!
The first 2 minutes were the worst to be honest but once I got over telling myself I couldnβt do it and started working on the next step it was easier going.
Onto week 6!
