.... No Limoncello shots the night before

.... Get up earlier to run in the cool morning

.... Don’t bale out just because you don’t “feel right” in yourself; just get the kit on, take the first steps and do it!....

.... Because, much to my surprise, I completed today’s run against the seeming odds!!

Albeit with more difficulty than I need have inflicted on myself from the night before 😛

Well done 👍 Running early in the morning is always much better, fresher air and so much cooler and pavements pretty much to yourself. Shots the night before isn’t a good idea....nice at the time though 🥴
