Good luck! You will be fine! Take it slow and steady and no matter whether you find the first run ok or near impossible, trust me when I say this plan works, you just need to keep going at your pace! You will be brill 👏🏻👏🏻💪🏻

Starting the programme is an achievement in itself! Be sure to take the rest days, plenty of stretching before and after the run and remember to go easy on yourself 😊

Well done on taking the first step. I lumbered outside in the cold for the first time back in January, it was hard at first but I loved the way I felt after each run and as the weeks went by I improved and I have since graduated and now go out running 3 times a week. Most people will tell you, run really slowly, basically brisk walking kind of pace, don’t worry about speed at all, your pace will improve over the coming weeks. Make a good upbeat playlist to listen to too. I carry a small hand held shape bottle of water with me too, but that’s up to personal preference. Good luck with your journey 👍

Go for it, embrace it, read the beginner's guide, drink plenty, download a good running playlist and run with a smile on your face. They are the things that have helped me to complete the programme today!! 🤩 it's amazing, you can totally do this 😃
