Hello, I am new to couch to 5K! I’m Rachel, 23 years old and aim to do race for life! I have two young daughters and I am determined more than ever to get fit. I started with my supervisor so got to keep up, we are still on W1 :)

Just graduated today!!! Loved this programme - be assured it really works and designed really well. Always have faith and keep the running slow a steady.

Yes continue running for 30 mins for a few more weeks then try to increase my pace and distance. You’ve got all this to come!

In 9 weeks you WILL be running for 30mins. Yeah it sounds stupid that a stranger can be so confident in another strangers progress. But trust the course and trust Laura. It works and you will run the race for life ! Good luck
