I finally got here!!! It’s taken me months. I have had so many interruptions from illness, work, family, holidays. I have repeated all of the weeks many times to get back on track from each setback and today I finally ran 20 mins unbroken. It was tough and I figured out halfway through I’ll have to slow down to get through them but yay!!!! So chuffed. I haven’t posted here for a while but I really appreciated reading others updates - it’s really inspiring. Have a great weekend all.

This is just brilliant! Massive congratulations on completing the best run in the programme. Hold on to that positivity and before you know it you’ll be requesting your badge. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Watch out for week 6-back to intervals. Just keep it steady and take care not to speed up after the high of today. Good luck!

Well doen, it has also taken me around 5 months to get to W5 Run3 due to injury, snow & ice etc, it feels good to get back into it, i dont care how long it takes me (although planned to run the 30 min by Xmas, oh well) as long as i get there and can continue ot run i will be very happy

Well done!

Slowing down is the secret sauce and you figured it out for yourself. Now you know the recipe, and you've broken through probably the biggest mental hurdle of the program, then nothing else should faze you.

Crack on :-)

Congratulations on reaching your goal! It's great to hear that you persevered through challenges and setbacks to finally run for 20 minutes unbroken. It takes determination and hard work to achieve a goal, and it's wonderful that you are feeling proud of your accomplishment. It's also great to hear that you found support and inspiration from others in your journey. Keep up the good work, and enjoy your well-deserved celebration. Have a great weekend!
