Just in from W4R1 ... and feeling pretty damn good about it.
Scoped out my route yesterday given the increased running would be greater distance covered ... and it was spot on ! ... however I did overlook the last 5 min run was up hill ... oops ... that said it probably gave me greater impetus and will power and boy did I feel fantastic when told to slow down for the last 5 minute cool down walk.
Feeling good and excited for the next 2 runs ... wondering whether to run it in reverse or stick with the uphill finish ... 🤔🤔

Going up the hill with most likely improve your stamina and pace quicker down the line, but it's completely up to you. Could always mix it up and some days go up the hills and some days reverse the route to keep it interesting! Well done for your first run of week 4!
