The prolonged bad weather is having an effect on me. I had no problem getting out early when the sun was shining, in fact I couldn't wait to lace up my trainers. Didn't run yesterday, got up to heavy rain this morning, but as I've now had 3 days rest I knew I just had to do it. I wore a light rain coat but didn't need it, it stayed dry, and I got very hot and clammy, but I ran for 28 minutes with stopping.

The weather really does make a difference! Early morning sunshine and you’re raring to go but cloud and rain does put me off especially as I wear glasses the thought of constant raindrops on my lenses freaks me out!!! 🤓🤓

Bad weather? Maybe... but you may reconsider that before the autumn 🤣
Great job out there... getting hot and clammy makes the run tough, and you got through it. Some runners pay a fortune for warm weather training holidays... all they really need is a jacket!!!

Well done for getting out I know sometimes I have to push myself to go. I've enjoyed a couple of rainy runs but I just can't deal with the heat I have to go early or I wouldn't go at all.
Not meant runs left till graduation now 🙂
