Started yesterday. Found it harder than I thought. Really enjoyed though. Looking forward to seeing some progress. Going to keep at it.Think the guns and roses and Metallica in my ear helped. Keep on keeping on πŸ€™πŸ»πŸ€˜

Well done for starting, great playlist. I finish the plan on monday, but I remember week 1 and how tough it is. The progress it amazing if you stick at it. I run Monday, Wednesday, Friday and take the weekend off. If I can do it...you can. Enjoy your journey. Good luck.
