Good Mental pre run motivation! Leading to I can’t do this, I’ll try and do it, OMG i want to throw up, oh hey a little walk time, i can do this! OMG kill me, yay walkies!! To spew or not to spew! Keep going I’ve done 4 running bits now wow go me! Keep going, no no way im not running again I can’t! oh thank goodness for Jo wiley telling me to walk! Oh im done and a little stroll home! That was easy! Will they all be as mentally challenging! My legs didn’t mind moving but my head! Jeeezz get a grip love I CAN Do this!!

Hilarious! That was a very good description of my first run too. You did it, you certainly can do it, and reading that... you will do it. Great start!

I thought about sugar coating it but remembered i told myself i would be honest about every post i make! I Can and i Will do this! (Eventually!)

Well done on starting the programme, it can be very challenging to start with but yes! You will get there and you will learn to fight off the gremlins in your head that tell you you can’t. Keep at it and I promise it does get easier. Good luck 👍🏻

I’m just starting week 6 and I don’t think me and jo will ever be friends.. if she heard the names I’ve called her (out loud) towards the end of runs I’d be in trouble 😀
