Done that one, strangely enough it didn’t seem as hard as the 20min run. I’m now looking forward to weeks 7, 8 and 9 with a new feeling of confidence. I may not be anywhere near to Roger Bannister’s 4 minute mile, but I can now run a mile which is way more than I could 6 weeks ago.

Brilliant... I think many of us at one time felt running a mile was impossible...now we do it for fun :) Slow and steady and on you go:)
