I cannot believe I did this!!! 6 weeks ago I was a couch potato slob and now I’ve just run continuous for 25 minutes! This plan is unbelievable.

And to add to the buzz I’m already feeling I had to put smaller pants on at work! The programme says I’m officially a runner. So proud

Do it. It’s brilliant. Week 1 Run 1 is the hardest. But go slow and you can do it. You’ll be amazed at the progress you make in a few short weeks
