11 Weeks of Running

Can’t believe it has been 11 weeks since I started using the C25K app. I remember Week 1 and being so out of breath at the end of it but I stuck with it and now I am feeling so much fitter and healthier. Since graduating I decided to start the 10K training app and tonight I ran 3 sets of 17 minutes with a 1 min break in between. If your thinking of starting the app DO IT, you will feel so much better for it mentally and physically 🏃‍♀️

Amazing well done. I am due to start week 9 on Thursday and will be looking to gradually improve running time and distance once I have graduated.

Is the app easy to find?

Thank you, and good luck!! It’s such a great feeling when you complete it ☺️ Yes, the one I downloaded is the second one that comes up when you search 10K and it’s Red if that helps. If you have completed the 5K you start on week 9! I’m hoping that by running further I will then magically improve on my time for the shorter runs 🤷‍♀️ But really I’m just kind of winging it lol.. but I like having a app to run along too if that makes sense. Good luck!!

What app are you using?

It’s just a 10K one I found in the App Store. It’s red if that helps, but if you have already completed the C25K you would start on week 9.
