Leaving the couch for the first time in 3 weeks, gone right back to week 1 run 1 to see how it goes. First run was as most of my runs are....eventful ! lol felt great pulling on my running shoes this morning and getting out there in the fresh air, the sun shinning down on me and Ted of course, I couldn't leave him behind :) just as I set away into my first minute of running, I realised Ted had stopped lol...its ok I will just add a minute on the end, so set off again and my app stopped, arm band off rest app so just started from first minute run again only for it to stop working again on my second run. Its my stupid new armband what is doing it so rest to start again now carrying my phone and my armband lol. Legs starting to sting, not quiet sure what to do so carried on, really pleased when it was the last minute because I would of had to stop at that point as I don't think I would of done my legs any good pushing them any further. I wore compression skins to help but not sure if they are tight enough as I was given them so don't know what size they are, they didn't fall down but think maybe i need slightly tighter ones ! and new trainers

Great that you were able to get out and run again.

It felt great!

Oh dear, eventful indeed, but run completed so that must count as a success Shar 👍🏼😊. A dippy app can't stop you. I'm glad you are out there again. 🤸‍♀️

Well done you 🏃‍♀️👏👏 and great read as usual, always eventful.

Aye, maybe an idea to get new compression skins, don’t want any mishaps or malfunctions😜😂🏃‍♀️👏👏

Going well thanks 🙏 , doing 5k three times a week , sticking to 7:30 ish pace per kilometre which is comfortable and doable.

Got down to under 7 mins one time, but much more comfortable and enjoyable at 7:30-7:45.

What week have u returned on?

Sounds like ur doing well. I just did a week 1 run to test the water plan on doing a week 2 run on thursday see how that goes, worried about making anything worse hopefully get my gait done on Saturday and new trainers really want to just go for it but am trying to be sensible for a change 😂
