Just done W5R2 before it gets hot (maybe) I looked at R3 and see I will be running for 20 mins which I know will be a push but I'am looking forward to, I bet I will wake up early as I have on passed weeks nervous and excited to run.

Oh well done! I remember feeling similar hesitation about the first 20 mins run but actually found it easier than the runs with walking breaks, which I still don't understand. You're ready for it! Enjoy it! I'm in awe that you get excited and look forward to your runs, I'm not there yet with that aspect although I do enjoy it once I'm out! Good luck x

Yes I think you're right. Mind over matter. I enjoy it once I'm out running but im really hoping that the addictive bit might kick in some time so that I don't always feel I have to make myself do it!
