Wasnt feeling upto running this morning before work but having just got back from doing it wk7 run1 I so wish I had dragged my butt out of bed this morning but I did it πŸ˜ŠπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

But you did it!!! I did the same on Sunday ... talked myself out of running in the morning and went in the evening instead -which I found harder as I usually run mornings but a run is a run.

Well done.

Tired and heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration. As a runner you need to drink a minimum of 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.

I did read that in the guide the other day so have made sure that I ve drank lots of water today so hoping tomorrow morning it will be abit easier, when I get up at 5am (not leaving it til I get home at 6.30pm) although my legs are aching today so not sure how well I will do.
