I cant believe I actually did it! In fact run 2 and run 3 I did an extra 6 or 7 minutes, to make sure I did 5km (turns out I did over 6 π²).
I've loved reading the success stories, every morning, reading the words of encouragement, and learning along the way. The most important thing I have learned is to SLOW DOWN when struggling.
I wish i could offer encouragement in person to everyone who is struggling... all I can say, from personal experience, is that you CAN do it.

Well done. A milestone achievement on your way back to wherever you want to go.1 hour 50 HM is insane by the way. You'll offer encouragement to others so keep posting after this. The comeback is more powerful than the setback. Enjoy your evening π πΎ
