Well iv reached week 9 and iv only ever run inside my house or on my fake grass in the back garden. This is because I was so worried at people seeing me and saying something. Well today I thought don’t be so soft and get out there. I went to my local park on which must be the windiest day ever. I ran my thirty minutes and went 3.4 k which I’m happy with and after a while I didn’t care who was looking. So anyone worrying don’t just go for it wished I’d gone out sooner . 😁

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 9 in your local park, better than running in the house, garden or along a road, only two more runs until you graduate, good luck for your graduation run which I think should also be run in the park, what you could call your own graduation parkrun🏃🏾👍

Well done on running for 30 minutes AND getting outside! Its a shame that so many women are so afriad of running in public. I let all that go when i hit 60 and now I really don't care what anybody thinks. The power of older women - embracing the years!!!!
