Completed this today, my first 30 minute run and my fastest 5k so far 46 minutes so a bit to go to do it in 30. I’ll be quite happy to settle for 40 minutes ! Anyway 2 runs to go so fingers crossed I will complete the programme.

Well done. I completed w9r2 last night and carried on to 5k which I completed in 43 mins. It's reassuring to know that others are currently running at a similar pace to me. Good luck with the next couple of runs to graduation x
Well done! I’ve just completed wk8r2 yesterday. To get to where you are still feels a little way off, silly heh? Keep going!
