Hi all this is my first post on here i have just downloaded the couch to 5K app and am going to do my first run tomorrow

Good luck! It's an amazing programme, I hope you enjoy it as much as so many of us on here do. Like Iannoda says, make sure you read the guide before your first run, it's so important and will be a huge help to you.
Keep posting, let us know how you get on, you'll get lots of great support on here. I'm off out for my W8R1 in half an hour or so and believe me, if I can do it, anyone can!
