W8 R2 to do - after short break

I did Week 8 R1 (28 mins) last week then had a week off (doing karate grading so needed my energy for that and the heat put me off running).

Did 25 mins yesterday - so much nicer now it’s cooled down. Should I go back up to my 28 mins tomorrow? (Fairly sure the answer is yes 😊)

Yes! You have done it once already, I’m sure you’re ready!

And yes, it is so much nicer with the good weather! Good luck!

Why not.

As stated in the guide to the plan, healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running.

Thanks. I thought that should be the case.

Just go for it. Worst that happens is that it ends up being a "practice" run.

What style/grade are you?
