It did not happen ; more like a 25 min run with a walk in the middle . I only did 25 mins oncelast week; so i was being optimistic . Will stay on W7R3 until it is easier. I KNOW this but i still tried to move up ...silly billy

Dont rush it, best to repeat a run than rush on and do yourself an injury or get demotivated. There's no rush to complete - cos then you finish C25K the aim to to keep running. Good luck and take it slow.
Don’t stay on w7r3! I bet you do it next tine. It’s hot at the mo - are you going out in the heat? Slow down and slow down again 👍🏽
I'd be inclined to stick with w8 but take it slow and steady. The plan is progressive so it's good to have the challenge. Aim to keep going further than you have before and slow right down to a very slow jog rather than walking. When you run can you still talk without being out of breath? That's the test for appropriate pace.
Move on...slow and steady... the runs are really lovely when you relax into the... the new legs know what they are doing...just follow them
