W7 R3 complete. Running feels fab but my Spotify playlists are giving me problems! (Notice? No mentioning of knees, calves, feet, back š)
I must have a faster pace now as my old playlists donāt work anymore, and I just love the moment when a song comes on which is so much in sync with oneās pace that it becomes the music that moves you forward. Even if you wanted to stop, you just couldnāt!
So tried some running playlists but might try something complete else and listen to a talkie podcast.
Other than that, run was nice. Clouds, no sun. More people out as I was 30 min later. And it was lovely crossing paths with my runner husband who ran the other way.
Upwards and onwards.

Huge congrats. Just wonder where you find running playlists ? Which are good ? I donāt listen to anything at the moment but it might help from here on.
Running playlists: on Spotify search for 140 bpm, 130 bpm or C25k. There are quite a few. Also on Spotify, there is a browsing category of āworkoutsā with ārunningā as a subcategory. The NHS also partnered with āaudio fuelā for their C25k+ podcasts, so I have searched for those and will try them next.
Well done, sounds like a fab run! I keep adding to my running playlist, couldn't do without my music. I'm doing the same run tomorrow, hope it'll feel just as good as yours. For some reason, I'm not enjoying this week as much š£
Indeed. I still have yet to experience a bad run, but I know at some point it will come. So well done for pushing through this. (Might be simply the weather?)
