W4R2 - Rescued a lost cat!

Well THAT was the most interesting run I've ever been on!

I considered this a practise run at first, because I had pulled a muscle in my knee a few days before, but because I was focused on making sure the condition of my knee was ok (which turns out it was fine because I had left it enough time to heal) I actually ended up at the perfect pace and felt less worn out than last time!

At the end of my run, and literally two metres away from home - I found a cat that was on my facebook that had been lost for about 6 days or so, managed to ring the owner and get her back safe. I sat with the cat for about 10 minutes, and my Apple Watch was like "mate i'm assuming you've finished your run"

It was a really nice run overall! Onto the last run of W4 next time!!!

I was so amped up on adrenaline I might as well had been a superhero hahaha! This run definitely topped the others for my most action packed run so far, felt so accomplished and it wasn't even 7am 😂
