Wow! That felt like a step up from last week. Not sure the temperature helped either.
Still it’s in the bag, but I’m going to get confused as it’s Sunday and I usually run Monday, Wednesday, Friday - wasn’t feeling too happy today, so decided to run the blues away and it worked!

Have you tried running early in the mornings when it’s cooler or over 5pm when the sun is not at it’s most intense. You need to be careful not to get heatstroke.
Unfortunately, they are the bedlam times at home, kids morning and nighttime routines. I did debate getting up at 5 this morning, then decided to go back to sleep!
