Week 4 run 1 sooner than planned...

...and I survived! I dare to say I enjoyed it, apart from the last 2-3 mins which were hard. I still haven’t found a different route so finishing uphill is hard but good for me, I gather! I wasn’t going to run today and give myself an extra day break but the sun was shining and I felt really positive and keen to go, so I went!! Just praying I’ll be able to walk in my heels tonight: I have a charity ball to go to (another reason for cracking on this morning). I have to admit that two days ago I doubted I could run for intervals of 3 and 5, but positive mental attitude (as already discussed on this forum this week) really helped. Feeling pleased with myself now 😊 Enjoy your weekend, everyone x

Well done you! I found the prospect of Week 4 daunting with the 5 min runs - you’ve smashed it!

Enjoy your Charity Ball - you’ve earned it!

And I have to say, it felt SO good when Jo announced that I am now running for more than I am walking: cue big grin 😀

Great job. Flat is easier, but if you can handle the inclines they do help development and quickly too. Enjoy your evening, hope the 👠 👠 are ok.
