Sweaty!!

I’ve just completed my first run of week 8. That feeling of pride and achievement is incredible! In this glorious weather it was certainly tough going but I got there. I’ve found this community brilliant for realising that pace isn’t everything (if anything during this programme!) and my running has improved tenfold because of that. Thanks all!

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.
