Hello all! Hope you are all doing amazing and enjoying your running! Been a bit of a pants couple of weeks, head wasn’t in it at all ☹️ my knee was giving me all kinds of gyp, brace worked well but without boring you all with the details, I have only run once in 2 weeks ☹️ I feel awful about it but tomorrow I’ll be back in the game! Next run is W5 R2 and hopefully I’ll be ok starting where I left off, I’m so sad I’ve fallen behind, let’s hope I can get it done tomorrow 💪🏻 Hope everyone is well and keeping nice and hydrated in this glorious weather 😊 x

You had some issues and you rested and got yourself into a good place. Now you get to run tomorrow and that means you’re back on track. It doesn’t matter how long it takes you, you are still ahead of where you were on wk 1.
Take it easy and very slow and you will be buzzing when you finish.
