Fingers crossed for tomorrow

Going out for run tomorrow after 3 weeks off due to torn/pulled tendons of ankle. Going to go back a week to week 5 run 1 and really hope it will be OK. It's been so annoying after not missing a training session in 6 weeks then to have to stop. I would have been graduating this week if I hadn't had this injury.

Good luck to everyone else on whatever week your on.

Sorry to hear about your problems - hope all goes well tomorrow. We must have started at about the same time as i shall have my "final" run on Monday. The final few weeks look daunting with increasing amounts of running and decreasing amounts of walking but I'm sure you'll have no problems if you take it steady - good luck!!!

Good luck for tomorrow, be careful with all those recently damaged tendons, don't push them too hard. I'm sure you've had best possible advice from your physio. Will look forward to seeing you complete the programme, you sooooo deserve the success after all your patience and perseverance! Take care and let us know how you fare :). regards, Linda x
