I’m not really looking forward to it if I’m honest, having now read enough of what it involves.
I thought it may be a ten min run , repeated after a brisk walk! That was my guess after 5 min runs repeated in W5R1 then 8 min runs repeated in W5R2…!
But, I’m determined that I’m going to focus on the total minutes per run & not the actual individual time!
So W5R1=15 mins, W5R2=16 mins…..& so on!
I know I’ll be SO PROUD after I have done it!
But I’ve got to get out there & do it before that can happen!

You will love it 😊 we were all apprehensive before that run and we all ran it, i started really slow in the hope of i went slow i would be able to continue to the end and was buzzing for the rest of the day! Relax and enjoy the run and we’ll all be cheering you on 😀
