Goodness: tomorrow morning is W5R3!

I’m not really looking forward to it if I’m honest, having now read enough of what it involves.

I thought it may be a ten min run , repeated after a brisk walk! That was my guess after 5 min runs repeated in W5R1 then 8 min runs repeated in W5R2…!

But, I’m determined that I’m going to focus on the total minutes per run & not the actual individual time!

So W5R1=15 mins, W5R2=16 mins…..& so on!

I know I’ll be SO PROUD after I have done it!

But I’ve got to get out there & do it before that can happen!

Here’s to tomorrow!

Mid morning & I’ll be off 😧 !

Good luck to you on running run 3 of week 5, take that run slow and steady, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself

You will smash it ! Again, look at the total training time and you will see it's actually 1 minute less than week 5 run 2 😁
