My first post. I've only been running 7 weeks, joined c25k at week 3 at my local.running club! Graduated this week and taking part in my first race for life tomorrow. Apprehensive as it's a hard route as well but I'm going to put my all into it x

Good luck - they are great, inspiring and emotional events. Doesn't matter if you need to walk a bit - plenty do. You may find that the great atmosphere carries you through!

Thanks everyone. Completed it in 35 min and it was a very hilly course. Not my fastest time but very happy. Doing another charity 5k next sat for a local charity...I. think I've got the running bug xxx
