Somebody posted here recently about officially being a runner at week 5 or 6, and that’s great. I started to officially be a runner when I stepped out of my front door at the start of Week 1! I smashed that and did my first run in Week 2 early this morning. Which I also smashed! (Although my legs were feeling it a little!) What a glorious morning to be running. It’s a big responsibility for this program to help me feel better about myself and give me back some confidence after it being completely shattered. I love what it is giving me. Can’t wait for my next run.

That's wonderful. This programme is unleashing everybody's potential, it is the best thing against stress and anxiety. A life saver in our times.
You are a runner. I am a runner... words I never thought I would write about myself 😆
