Well after trying to give myself every excuse not to attempt this run I completed without stopping. Did not think I could manage the step up from W3 and knew that if I failed to complete this run I would have almost certainly given up the programme completely. Amazed I did it!!

Congratulations 🥳 I did this one this morning too. Quite a step up from last week. I liked it on the audio commentary when Laura was like ‘okay, time to get serious now’. 😂

I did w3r3 today and had a sneak peek at the next one once i finished. It looks like such a big step up! Well done for getting through it. I don't know if I'm looking forward to it or dreading it!

Well I was dreading it and though that I would never complete it. But surprisingly I did. Does feel like a step up but if I can do it so can you. I couldn’t run 60 seconds the first week.
