Finished my third run this evening. Was nice out but an hour later I felt completely exhausted! Any tips?

Perhaps you were running a little too fast, slow down, slow and steady is the mantra slogan here on C25K, drink plenty of water the day before you run and some just before, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish, onwards and upwards to week 2.

I find doing some stretches and a magnesium salts bath helps after tough runs. It’s easy to go too fast in the run bits of the run/walk runs, but you will find your natural pace as the running sections extend over the weeks. Keep it up :)

Well done . The secret is water , lots of hydration . I always feel exhausted later after my runs but less so when I’ve drank plenty of water before and after.

I think you are right. I don’t think I drank enough yesterday. Will make sure I hydrate properly today to prepare for the next one. On the plus side, I’m not feeling sore so don’t think I was overdoing it on speed
