After having 0 motivation yesterday to carry on thanks to this app and your comments I completed the run this morning! Funny how 3 minutes of running doesn’t sound impressive but feels huge!

Well done 👍 on completing W3 R1. You’re so right, 3 mins is massive when, if you’re like me, a few weeks ago just the thought of running made you feel out of breath. And now look you can run for 3 whole minutes, it’s great 😀. Just think how far you’ve come in such a short time.

You’re right, if ever I’m having a confidence or motivation wobble the great support on this forum always helps.

Good luck with the rest of week 3 and keep posting to let us all know how your feeling, the good and the bad. 👍😊

Brilliant, well done. I did W3 R3 this morning, when I started a few weeks ago I hated the 60sec runs. My run this morning was hard, as it was along the seafront and so windy, but amazing! Looking forward to starting week 4 on Monday!

Ah yes, I did W3R1 this morning too... it was a stinker. All I can say about the 3 minutes is that it made me look forward to the 90 seconds which I'd found tough in week 2. Improvement somewhere along the line I guess! Well done you!

Well done to you too! Yes 90 seconds seem like a dream now compared to when you first start! 😂
