Week 3 run 1

This actually felt easy

And I was scared of it

The 3 minutes part seemed huge when I thought about it

But it was fine

Both times

I can sense I’m getting closer to walking being not allowed

But so far and very much so good

Yippee👏🎈 Once the feel good factor kicks in & you look forward to each run, the “I can do this” factor also happens!!

Did my W3R1 last night and feel exactly the same! I had no idea how I’d be able to run for 3 minutes at a time, but I did! I try not to think about each run before I do it, and focus on each as I’m in it. I’m so ready for my next run now

Can you now see there's nothing to be worried about . The runs in the previous weeks prepare you for what's next. Well done you 😊😊

Thanks very much for the encouragement! I was at the end of week 2, when I developped a knee pain, outer straight ligament. Getting the MRI today to show my bone doc. I had a short run 2 days ago and will again in a few minutes. That strangely enough doesn't hurt. Looking forward to the next step of the ladder. Good luck to you!

Great run. I love it when we amaze ourselves. Take this run and let your self belief grow. You don’t need to fear any run. Enjoy run 2.

Thanks. Starting week 4 today. I’ve had a look at the plan. Feel a bit daunted

Don't be,trust the plan it works 😀. Take it slow and you'll be fine I'm sure. I'm going to redo some runs this week myself, rather then moving onto week6 as the extra holiday walking has knackered me and I want to rest my legs a bit, but this isn't a race, so I'm good with it. Enjoy 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
