I have been really looking forward to run 3 of week 6 since my last interval run on Wednesday. Apart from the heat at 6.30 it was great and I still had enough energy in the last 5 minutes to increase my pace. I cannot believe how far I have progressed in the last 6 weeks, although the hills never get any easier!!
I've just done 90 minutes yoga and relaxation after my run so feel set up for the challenges of the day.

Well done!! I also completed week 6 today but I struggled with the last 5 minutes - and I don't have any hills to worry about 😄 Looking forward to week 7 now, goodbye intervals!
