Have just come back from the last run of week 7. Started off running really well, had a major slump in the middle, then powered through the last 5 minutes to finish off! What I keep telling myself is how great I feel after I’ve run. Walking home for the final 5 minute cool down is such a great feeling. On to Week 8 on Monday - it’s just an extra 3 minutes onto each run 💪🏻
