How do I know I’ve ran 5k I’m on week 8 and keeping up with app!!
I've started using Strava while using the couch to 5k app at the same time. It maps your run with GPS and tells you your pace and distance. I've found it really helpful 😊

I haven't been doing the full 5k and I've just finished the programme today. But at the end of the day it's about building up your stamina, you will still have done massive improvement since you first started!
Well done! You don't have to run 5k just run the times..
You can track your runs using an app like Strava, but actually, the programme isn't really about running 5k in 30 minutes, but is about running for 30 minutes, whatever distance that might be.
Very few people manage 5k at the end of the programme - that can come later.
You are doing the best thing by ignoring distance at the moment.
Tracking distance can be encouraging or discouraging, because distance then becomes the target.
