I just ran 5k! How did that happen?? 😮

No idea how! 4th consolidation run, didn’t plan to try for 5k but my my legs just kept going. I thought I might make it to 4.5 but then it seemed rude to stop! 5k in 37.36 minutes. I’m so chuffed! It was so unexpected, not got further than 4.2k with a struggle until now. It feels even better than graduating did. Think the cooler weather really helped. Can’t believe it. 😄

Thank you! Hmm 🤔 Do you know what, it’s taken me nearly 6 months to get this far, I’m in no rush. I’m keeping my options open. Will continue to consolidate for a few weeks and then see how I feel. My knees still like a good whinge from time to time and I don’t think they’re ready for 10k just yet 😂
