I just did week 9 run 3!!!! I can’t believe it I feel really good but a bit weird too! I only did 4.3k and I’ve not hit the 5k mark yet but I hope I do soon. I’m just really glad I can run for half an hour. Now I am going to use the 5k graduate programme and hopefully run faster. I really want to run for 5k, my goal is to do a charity run when I’m finished... For those of you just starting, don’t give up!! I questioned every week wondering if I was ready as it got harder. Trust the plan it really works. Also remember that it’s not a race! Go as slow as possible and fill the time, it’s better to complete the time slots rather than burn yourself out by going too fast! Good-luck everyone!! I’m off to rest in this glorious sunshine.
