I’ve just finished too had no idea at the start if I would make it, I’m 54 and prob 3 stone too heavy so if I can do it anyone can. Now going to keep going and get to 5k I’m around 4 in 30:mins as a bit slow. I will not be speeding up but will run for longer so impressed with The app.

Well done!! You've done so well and all your hard work has paid off! You're officially a runner now, you should be so proud
Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

Keep running, keep smiling.
Congratulations! Celebrate well, enjoy some consolidation and that journey to 5k (or vice-versa). One running adventure ends, there will be many more.
Well done!! Fantastic achievement!! The plan IS amazing- and 4K is great, hardly anyone does 5K at graduation and it leaves something to aim for in consolidation. 😜
I hope you are feeling justifiably proud 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🏃🏼♀️💪🏻👍🏼🏁🎓
Massive congratulations, what a wonderful achievement 🥳
So pleased for you Dusty, I'm right behind you (well was at week 8 and tore my calf, all better now but Physio recommends I start again, which I don't mind), also 50 something and a few stone overweight so am very encouraged by your post
Thought some was describing me for a moment then remembered already 55. I’m exactly the same as you slow and steady as and now building to the 5k currently at 4.6 but as the Olympic s are cancelled this year I’m in no hurry! 😜😂 well run and keep going!
