Just completed Wk 3. Took a peek at Wk 4 and I want to cry πŸ˜‚πŸ˜©

Hey guys!

Finally done with Week 3 and I actually enjoyed it, despite the dread of thinking I would not possible be able to run that long πŸ˜‚

Super happy to have accomplished it, and even though the jump in Week 4 is scaring me a little, I know I will get through it. Feels so good to have that goal to accomplish every time I step outside.

Funny thing is that I’ve been strength training for a few months now, but my cardio endurance is so bad! This is definitely helping me out - even with my strength training. And vice versa.

Onward to Week 4!

Thanks for that. Yeah absolutely! I’m excited about it πŸ’―. Always am before a run. The β€œfear” was accompanied by a smiley face 😊

The numbers look crazy but I’m at this point through effort, racking up the distance, and determination, so onward to the next! πŸ™ŒπŸΎ

Good Luck! I didn't look ahead and only found out later what a big jump it was from week 3 to 4. It went okay, and it will for you too, you've done the prep!
