I didn't lose any weight, but wasn't trying to.
Had I been I would have had to address my diet, since C25k workouts are not long enough to burn a significant number of calories to result in weight loss.

I didn’t lose any weight RAH1 but I did feel fitter. Weight loss may come with exercise but it needs to be accompanied by a healthy eating regime as well. Good luck with your C25K!
I had just finished week 6 and I had a significant weight loss, I have been steadily losing a lb or so a week since January( occasionally a gain, boo!)healthier diet as well as exercise, I think it was just a fluke though but we shall see 😁( was 2 stone over weight, now about 4lb off ideal weight!)
I'm on week 6 too and feel fitter but don't think I've lost weight, still definitely got my tummy! I don't have scales at home so can't tell. Best not to worry about it ....
Initially, I thought that I’d lose weight, but I haven’t yet (week 3). I’m eating more healthily and drinking way more than I have for a long time. Less snacking - bigger breakfast - for me.
