I didn't lose any, because I didn't want to or need to, but I would not have relied on running alone to lose weight.......only calorie deficit can do that.

I’m overweight by quite a bit and didn’t lose any. But then I wasn’t dieting 🤪 I have changed shape a bit though .... legs a little less flabby and waist is back
Hi! I haven’t lost anything! That was my initial goal as I was turning to lard in lockdown but although the weight hasn’t come off I feel so much better! I struggled so much at the start of this (running for 60 seconds was too long) and now I’m in week 8 running non-stop for 28mins. I’m an emotional/ comfort eater and need to get that under control but for now I’m focusing on graduating C25K.
I threw away my bathroom scales before I started the programme! 😄 I need to lose weight but I decided I’m doing this to get fitter and healthier - I’ve started so many diets and given up but am managing to persevere with this; starting week 5 today.
Along with slimming world I have lost 5 1/2 stone in total. I lost 4 stone before starting C25k and then the other 1 1/2 stone since doing C25k and slimming world. I think to loose any weight its 90% diet. I lost my first 3 1/2 stone mostly just following slimming world I wasnt as active as I am now.
