Completed this morning before they sun got really hot. 2 weeks ago there was no way I could run 3 minutes (twice). But it it and felt surprisingly good. Next few weeks look daunting though but will keep at it and trust the plan. 🙏

Same here, did that run this morning. I’m feeling the same about week 4, but also excited to see if I can do it!

Just got back from W3 R1 and thought the same, although I still have to watch my speed and keep slowing down. Was dreading the jump from 90 seconds to 3 minutes, but it wasn’t too bad even though it was getting quite hot.

Had to resort to shorts for the first time (walking trousers with the legs zipped off).

Well done to you too... each jump seems daunting but then when I look back to my first run really struggled and felt like death afterward. Don’t think I’m up to shorts just yet. 🙈

Well done!

I have just done the same this morning. It wasn't anywhere near as bad as I thought. Quite excited for the next one.

Well done. Feels good doesn’t it to achieve something you didn’t think was possible.

Yes definitely. I wouldn't say I enjoy it but I enjoy the satisfaction of having done it afterwards.
