Week 3 Run 1

Just completed run 1 in the dark and the rain.

Kept a super slow pace. Didn’t struggle or feel out of breath but did have a stitch niggling (as usual)

Did anyone else find that week 3 runs are shorter than previous weeks? Or is it just my imagination? Strava says I did less distance.

Well done.

Deep full breaths to sort the stitch.

W3 workouts are the shortest in the programme.

Thank you. I thought I was going loopy!

Week 3 runs are indeed the shortest of the program, a popular week for graduates who have been off running for a few months, I restarted with week 3, not week 1 after a short winter break from running in March, so it's not your imagination, glad that you are enjoying C25K.

Thanks so much! And well done you 👍🏼 it’s nice to hear from Runner’s that have ‘been there’ 😊

You’re 2 runs ahead of me but in the words of Laura ‘well done you’re doing great’. Read somewhere that a glass of water before your run keeps a stitch at bay. Don’t know the physics of it but works for me. Have a good day
