I'm so happy never thought i would be able to run for 3 minutes at a time but toaday I have, this program really is great. I am amazed at what I am able to do. Also very happy because when i got on the scales today the number was lower. I have not lost much only 4 pounds in 2 weeks but it is really good and also i feel so much better in myself. Normally i give up on trying to lose weight after only a few days but am actually finding that I enjoy going to the park and following the podcast. The only thing i have foubd is that i find it much easier in the morning than in the afternoon. I am really enjoying this and cant wait to be better.

Well done on your achievements so far. It's a really good programme to follow as you can see your progress from week to week. Just listen to Laura, take it slowly and you'll get there. There are loads of us on here giving each other encouragement and it really helps.

Well done you x Four pounds in 2 weeks is great, if you lose weight fast you put it on again just as fast! I have lost 4 stone and a bit in 8 months so half a stone a month average, but the best bit is that I take my bust arms waist hips and thighs regularly and can see how running has helped me lose cms off my butt and thighs woo hoo!

Four pounds in two weeks is amazing - and so is being able to run for 3 minutes! Well done! This really is a great programme - I remember struggling to believe I could run for 3 minutes and just a few weeks later I am struggling to run 30! ;-)

That's a great weight loss! I have found that while I have only been losing around a pound a week on average, everything fits better.

I'm just a bit lighter than I was this time last year when I was on my honeymoon but all the clothes I bought then are hanging off me. And they do say a gradual loss is easier to keep off which is always a pick-me-up!
